INDUSTRY TRAINING WEEK1- WEEK4
Week 1 For the first month of my internship, I was allocated at TRX mall for retail. On my first week, I was taught about the customer service and how to interact with clients and help them with their needs. my working hours were 9:30am- 6pm for my morning shift, as for my evening shift started from 1:30 pm to 10 pm. Once in a week I did a full shift from 10am-10pm. The above pictures shows the display of Fiziwoo at Seibu TRX. As a retail worker, my job was to assist customers in their needs and help them to find a garment that would fit them accordingly. We had to be familiar with the collection whereby if any customers had questions we would be able to answer them. On my first day, I was taught how I should be doing a proper packing for any garments that are purchased.
