INDUSTRY TRAINING WEEK 9 - WEEK 12

 WEEK 9  On week 9, more beading was done as well as touch ups. Whilst more garments are being produced, I had to attach more labeling to the garments. On that particular week, new abaya collections were shipped from China, those new pieces had to be double checked and made sure no alterations had to be made.  stitching the draping in place: attach labels: sewing the beadings in place: draping: week 9 daily log: WEEK 10: On week 10, the main event of that week was the fashion show. I was appointed to manage the catering of the show. But I also helped in the other departments to arrange the carpets and set up for the show.   the below pictures will show some glimpse of the fashion show.  After the fashion show ended, The work resumed and I continued beading for he rest of the week.   Daily log report week 10: WEEK 11:  On week 11, I was given the task to record all the beadings and rhinestones used by the artisans as well as weighing them out....

INDUSTRY TRAINING WEEK 5- WEEK 8

 WEEK 5  On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, those were my last three days that I was working at Seibu TRX. I was eventually assured that the work will be hectic, since the company had photoshoots and as well as a fashion show that were lined up in their schedule. Thus as soon as I joined the team, I got into the making up of the garments, which first started with ironing and preparing fabrics, to cutting out and fusing interfacing on the pieces of fabrics. INDUSTRY TRAINING WEEK1- WEEK4

Week 1 For the first month of my internship, I was allocated at TRX mall for retail. On my first week, I was taught about the customer service and how to interact with clients and help them with their needs.  my working hours were 9:30am- 6pm for my morning shift, as for my evening shift started from 1:30 pm to 10 pm. Once in a week I did a full shift from 10am-10pm. The above pictures shows the display of Fiziwoo at Seibu TRX. As a retail worker, my job was to assist customers in their needs and help them to find a garment that would fit them accordingly. We had to be familiar with the collection whereby if any customers had questions we would be able to answer them.  On my first day, I was taught how I should be doing a proper packing for any garments that are purchased.  Week 1 daily report: Week 2 On week 2, whilst I was working as a retail worker, I got more familiar with learning the collection names and knowing what color is available on certain designs.  When...
